Please hand all suggestions in to reception.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received, you can discuss it informally with one of the doctors or any other member of the practice team.
The practice operates a Complaints Procedure in line with National guidelines if you wish to make a formal complaint. Complaint forms are available at Reception, or you can make an appointment with the Practice Manager.
